By creating an account and using J SITE™ you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information — name, email address, role (owner, admin, or user), and company affiliation provided at registration.
- Company information — business name, business type, and account configuration settings.
- Location data — GPS coordinates captured voluntarily when submitting a safety report. Location is not tracked continuously or in the background.
- Photos and media — images uploaded by users to safety reports, job daily logs, and job photos. Stored securely in cloud storage.
- Time and labor data — time entries, hourly rates, overtime records, and job labor logs entered by users.
- Order data — material orders, item descriptions, quantities, and supplier information submitted through the app.
- Usage data — device type, operating system, and general usage patterns collected to improve app performance.
- Push notification tokens — device tokens used to deliver push notifications related to safety reports, time off requests, and other in-app events.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the J SITE™ application and its features
- To send push notifications relevant to your account activity
- To process and route material orders to suppliers on your behalf
- To generate reports and exports requested by account owners
- To manage subscription billing and account status
- To improve app performance and user experience
- To communicate important service updates or security notices
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your company account — information you enter is visible to other members of your company account based on their role and permissions.
- Suppliers — when you submit a material order, relevant order details are sent to the supplier you have selected.
- Service providers — we use third-party services to operate J SITE™, including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Expo (push notifications). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver our service.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Location Data
J SITE™ requests access to your device's location only when you choose to attach GPS coordinates to a safety report. Location is captured at the moment of your request and is not tracked continuously or in the background. You may decline location access without affecting other features of the app.
5. Safety Feature Disclaimer
The safety reporting feature, including GPS-based proximity alerts, is an informational tool only. It is not a substitute for proper safety training, personal protective equipment, or adherence to applicable safety regulations. GPS accuracy is not guaranteed. Lily Technologies™ LLC assumes no liability for any injury, death, or loss arising from reliance on this feature.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be retained for a reasonable period for legal and business purposes before deletion. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at admin@lilytechllc.com.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
J SITE™ is intended for use by adults in professional trade and construction environments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights
